APPOINTMENTS

We are by-appointment only.  Please book online or call us at 9173883318 (for both NYC & Chicago). We require a credit card number to hold an appointment.  The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged $150 (this includes Consultations and Perfecting Sessions).

CONSULTATIONS

All consultations are free of charge, however no-shows/ cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled consultation appointment will be charged $150.  If you book a full appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation.

PERFECTING SESSIONS

Most treatments include a Perfecting Session which is part of the treatment cost. The Perfecting Session must be completed within two months of the original treatment (we recommend that you schedule your Perfecting Session before you leave the salon), otherwise they are void. No-shows/ cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled Perfecting Session appointment will be charged $150.

TOUCH-UP SESSIONS

Timing for Touch-Up sessions are calculated from the date of the last treatment (whether it is a Perfecting Session or another Touch-Up). For example, if you had your Bespoke Brow treatment on January 1st, and your complimentary Perfecting Session on March 1st, then the six-month period for a Touch-up ends on September 1st.  Please note that we only offer Touch-Ups to work done in our salon (new clients are not eligible for Touch-Up pricing).

LATENESS

Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.

 TIPPING

Tipping is customary in NYC and Chicago for good service. Tips usually average 10 - 20% of treatment price.  These can be given in cash, Venmo, or Zelle.  All tips are much appreciated and go directly to your Specialist.

TAXES

For NYC, 4.5% sales tax is applied on services, and 8.875% on products. For Chicago, 10.25% sales tax is applied on products.

REFUNDS

All treatments and products are non-refundable.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS

We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.

OTHER

As per Illinois Health Department rules, children are not allowed in the treatment area in our Chicago salon.  Additionally for Illinois, dogs except for service animals are also not allowed in the Chicago salon.
